Continuing Education

Earn CEU Credit While You Train

MLS seminars are eligible for up to 14 CEUs in approved states, with sponsorship from Sherman College of Chiropractic.
Specific approval varies by location—please check individual seminar pages for full CEU details.

Cancellation Policy

Please Read Before Registering

Tuition is non-refundable. Transfers are allowed with a $75 fee.
Transfer fee is waived for “force majeure” events (federal mandates, etc.)
Tuition is non-transferable to another participant.
Weather, illness, or death-related cancellations must give 48-hour notice to qualify for credit.
MLS is not responsible for travel or lodging losses due to cancellation.
Seminar schedules may change. Please confirm before booking travel.
